Carmen O'Connor - Obituary

armen Carolyn O'Connor, 67, of Washington, D.C., and Edgewater, died Jan. 15 in her home. Ms. O'Connor was born Jan. 16, 1940, in Washington, D.C., to the late Michael and Carmen O'Connor. Survivors include two brothers, Michael M. and John D. O'Connor; three sisters, Patricia L. Smith, Maryellen Brady and Sheila E. Moe; and her companion, Richard Johnson. Family and friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road in Edgewater. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 826 W. Central Ave. in Davidsonville. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to So Others Might Eat, 71 O St., N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001.
