ichael Martin O’Connor Michael Martin O’Connor, 69, a lifelong resident of Annapolis, died on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at his residence. He was born May 7, 1942 in Washington, D.C to the late Michael and Carmen O’Connor. He served his country in the United States Army in Germany. He was the owner operator of Pier 7 Marina in Edgewater for many years. In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his sister Carmen O’ Connor. He is survived by his children, Jeana Barber of Bowie, Terry DiGuiseppe of Huntingtown, Tony O’Connor of Naperville, IL and Carmen Connelly of Niwot, CO, one brother John O’Connor of Edgewater and three sisters; Patricia Smith of Washington, D.C., Maryellen Brady of Edgewater, MD and Sheila Moe of Rockville, Maryland. Also survived by nine grandchildren. Friends are invited to Michael’s Life Celebration on Thursday from 5pm until a memorial service begins at 7pm, at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD 21037. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O.
