With deep sorrow and profound love, we gather to commemorate the life of Priscilla Viray Isip, a beloved soul whose journey on this earth came to a close on July 21st, 2023. She leaves behind cherished memories and an enduring legacy that will forever remain etched in our hearts.

Born as the eldest of four siblings, Priscilla faced early responsibilities that shaped the course of her life. Sacrificing her own education, she selflessly devoted herself to providing for her younger brothers, ensuring their well-being and future prospects.

Throughout her life, Priscilla found joy and solace in the art of dance, attending dance parties and delighting in the rhythms of boogie and rock and roll. Her love for life's simple pleasures was evident from her childhood days, where she would frolic and play with her cousins, occasionally even venturing on playful escapades like skipping school to go fishing or picking camachiles.

In her pursuit of supporting her family, Priscilla displayed unwavering determination and resourcefulness. Traveling from place to place, she engaged in trading fabrics for rice, diligently seeking opportunities to sustain her loved ones. She exemplified the true essence of dedication, toiling day and night, selling her home-cooked food and simultaneously offering her laundry services to others in her community.

A testament to her entrepreneurial spirit, Priscilla established a thriving art gallery, showcasing and selling artwork throughout the Philippines, from the vibrant streets of Manila to the serene landscapes of Baguio City. Her talent and creativity touched the hearts of many, leaving behind a beautiful mark on the world.

But above all, Priscilla was a loving and devoted mother. She found joy and purpose in the embrace of family, and her love for her eight children was immeasurable. Her heart swelled with pride and tenderness as she nurtured and guided them, imparting wisdom and compassion.

Her love extended to the next generations as well, as she adored her twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. They were the twinkle in her eyes, and her face would light up with joy whenever they were around. The bond she shared with each one was uniquely special, and her legacy of love will continue to inspire and shape their lives.Her boundless love for her family, from children to great-grandchildren, made her a shining example of devotion and kindness.

In her departure, we find solace in the memories she created and the lives she touched. Priscilla will forever hold a special place in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known her.

Priscilla is survived by her eight children, Melanie, John, Enric (Susana), Fernandino (Marlene), Joeric (Betty), Romano (Helen), Ramir (Elvira), Mia (Mike); her twelve grandchildren, Remel (Maria Christina), Maria Velsa (Ryan), Elisha (Kristel), Reniel, Ferlyn, Mardin, Marivel, Jether, Jereth, Malen, Prince, Velarie; and her fifteen great-grandchildren, Xyrel, Renee, Ria, Zoe, Ryan Savel, Ryael, Riella, Kaelah, Klea, Elijah, Ellie, Xander, Cailey, Eriel, and Emerie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfredo and Asuncion; her brothers, Eduardo, Peter, and Pablo, and her son, Benedict.

A funeral service will be held at Kalas Funeral Home at Oxon Hill, Maryland on July 28th, 5:30 PM, where we will gather to pay our final respects to this remarkable woman. As we bid farewell to our beloved Priscilla, we hold onto the lessons she imparted and the love she showered upon us. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may we find strength in the enduring legacy of her love.
