A. Wade Belcher - Obituary

. “Wade” Belcher, 57, an 8-year resident of Edgewater, Maryland passed away on December 21, 2025 at home following a 2-year battle with cancer. Wade was born on June 26, 1968 at Anne Arundel General Hospital to Lester Belcher, Jr. and Virginia “Jintzie” Belcher. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 3 years, Amy L. Belcher; his daughters, Courtney Belcher of Crofton, MD, Hayley Belcher of Arnold, MD, Jessyka Schifferle of Luray, VA, Samantha Ragland of Palmyra, VA, and Rebecka Schiferle of Luray, VA; his brothers, Lester Belcher, III of Reisterstown, MD, Craig Belcher of Cave Creek, AZ, John Fisher of Easton, MD, and Daren Fisher of Riva, MD; his sister, Tracey Hurst of Riva, MD; and his grandchildren, Jaylen Ragland, Keegan Painter, and Elias Painter. Friends are invited to celebrate Wade's life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Saturday, February 21 from 1 to 4 pm.
