Agnes Mary Frederick - Obituary

gnes Mary Frederick, 86, a 17-year resident of Chester, MD and previously of Washington, D.C., died on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at the University of MD Shore Medical Center at Easton. She was born June 27, 1932, in Washington, D.C., to the late Edward and Nellie McEwan Hoffman. She worked for The United States Immigration and Naturalization Service for 25 years. In addition to her parents, Agnes was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Donald L. Frederick, Sr. She is survived by her children, Donald L. Frederick, Jr. of Dunkirk, MD, Karen Frederick Caldwell of Annapolis, MD, and Gerry Frederick Bohannon of Waldorf, MD; seven grandchildren, Drew and Cameron Caldwell, Sean and Kathryn Bohannon, Christina Provett, Allison Welck, and Carly Frederick; and three great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Agnes' life at the Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Sunday, August 12, from 3 to 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 109 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis, MD on Monday, August 13 at 10:30 a.m. Interment immediately following the Mass at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD.
