Alan Francis Ricasa Bustamante - Obituary

lan Francis Ricasa Bustamante passed away on March 4th, 2023. He was 40 years old. On June 8th, 1982, Alan was born in the Philippines to his parents Alison (Bing) and Nonette. The family, including his Ate Frances (Peachy) and his brother Rico, then moved to the United States the following October. He was a top-notch car salesman and finance officer for Darcars Kia. Alan had a fun loving personality. He loved to talk (even with his mouth full) and debating anything and everything especially with family. He had the goofiest, loudest, and most unique laugh; but during the times he played his bongos, he would be focused and quiet. Alan loved sports as he was a natural athlete. He excelled in baseball but especially in soccer, basketball, racing, and football. Oh how he loved the Redskins!! Alan’s main passion was being there for his family, protecting them and making them smile. Along with his parents Nonette and Alison, he is survived by his daughter Alyssa, his brothers, his nieces Chana and Jenaya, and many more nieces, nephews, goddaughters, aunties, uncles and cousins. On Thursday, March 16th, there will be a viewing from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kalas Funeral Home in Oxon Hill: 6160 Oxon Hill road, Oxon Hill, MD 20745.
