Alexander Richard Duran - Obituary

lexander "Alex" Richard Duran, of Arnold, MD, died at his home on Monday, October 2, 2017. He was 26. Born March 26, 1991, in Washington, D.C., he studied at George Mason University and University of Maryland. Alex worked at Broadneck Grill, Pachanga Grill and Chuy's Nashville. He enjoyed video games, movies, and hip-hop music. He is survived by his parents, Fernando and Donna Duran; two siblings, Fernando and Jacqueline Duran; his grandparents, Margaret Morris and Maria Moisa; a brother-in-law, Luke Joyce; and a sister-in-law, Julianne Duran. Friends are invited to celebrate Alex's life on Friday, October 6, 2017, from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD, where a service will be held on Saturday, October 7 at 11 am. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery, Annapolis, MD.
