Alice Cross - Obituary

lice S. Cross, 91, a 16 year resident of the Heritage Harbour community in Annapolis, died at Sunrise of Annapolis after battling Parkinson's Disease. Born February 19, 1922 to the late James and Alice Severn, Alice was a graduate of St. Cecilia High School in Anacostia. In her spare time she enjoyed taking care of her seven children. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Dr. Louis Cross; seven children, fifteen grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to Alice's Life Celebration on Monday, February 24 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00PM at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, February 25 at 10:30AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 620 Bestgate Rd., Annapolis, MD. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name are recommended to the National Parkinson Foundation, PO Box 5018, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
