Amanda Lou Stifter - Obituary

manda Lou Stifter, 67, a resident of Annapolis, MD for over 20 years, and previously of Rockville, MD, died at Anne Arundel Medical on Friday, July 7, 2023. Known to family and friends as Mandy, she was born on September 3, 1955, in Washington, D.C. to the late William J. and Alyce Bean Stifter. She graduated from Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, MD, and worked as an aesthetician. Mandy is survived by five siblings, Terry (Cheryl) Stifter of Rockville, MD, Margie Stifter of North Beach, MD, Cindy Stifter of Annapolis, MD, Sheila (Tom) Kling of Annapolis, MD, and Rosemary (Ken) Hadley of Annapolis, MD; a niece, Jenni Stifter; and four nephews, T.J Stifter, Jack Kling, and Ben and Sam Hadley.
