Angela "Tootsie" Colabucci - Obituary

ngela “Tootsie” Colabucci passed away at the age of 84 on Thursday, December 5, 2019. She was the beloved wife of 64 years of Lawrence Colabucci; mother of Brian (Mary Marshall), Kevin (Patricia) and Patrick (Rin) Colabucci, Lauren (Ricky) Chambers, Lesley (Barb Smentek) Colabucci and the late Michael Colabucci. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Tootsie was known for her love of family and spiritual devotion. She found great joy in spending time with family. She was known for her sweet smile, open arms, and kind heart. She never missed a birthday, laughed easily, and loved church. Friends are invited to celebrate Tootsie's life at the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 11700 Duley Station Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD on Tuesday, December 10 from 9:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11 am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Little Sisters of the Poor.
