Anthony Michael Capuano, Sr. - Obituary

nthony Michael Capuano, Sr. (Tony), 84, a resident of Edgewater, MD, and previously of Waldorf, MD died on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. Born January 10, 1935, in Bethlehem, PA, he worked as a plumber. Tony served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed golf, music, old movies and spending time with family. Tony was preceded in death by a son, Michael Anthony Capuano. He is survived by his four children, Francisco (Melissa) L. Capuano, Christina (Ronald) Hoffman, Anthony (Donna) M. Capuano, Jr., and Doris (Nicholas DiNicola) Jean Salvo; 14 grandchildren: Nicole Capuano Hancock, Briana Capuano, Francesca Howard, Christina Sedillo, Anthony Capuano, Nina Capuano, Ronald Hoffman, Raquel Capuano, Alexandra Hoffman, Erica Capuano, Michael Capuano, Anthony M. Capuano, III, Bruce Kindervater, Jr., and Jeremy Gryctz; and 20 great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Tony’s life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Saturday, September 28 from 11 am until his memorial is held at 1 pm. A reception will immediately follow the service at the Annapolis Moose Lodge, 1890 Crownsville Rd. Annapolis, MD.
