nthony "Tony" Katsouros, 80, of Stevensville, MD passed away on Friday, March 25, 2016 at Anne Arundel Medical Center surrounded by his family.
Born on September 14, 1935 in Greece, Tony was a master electrician who owned and operated Southern Electric in Capitol Heights, MD. He also owned the Stampede Restaurant in Camp Springs, MD, and Johnny Boy Ribs on Southern Ave. in Capitol Heights. Upon retiring in 2000, he moved to Stevensville where he was an avid gardener and enjoyed cooking the fruits of his labor.
Tony is survived by his wife of 56 years, Helen Katsouros; four children, Anthony Katsouros, Jr., Michele and Kara Katsouros and Meghan Reno; siblings, John and Nick Katsouros and Emily Wall; four grandchildren; Kevin Keating, Morgan, Pierce and Anthony Reno, Jr. and a great granddaughter, Brooklyn Keating
Friends are invited to celebrate Tony's life on Saturday, April 2 from 12:00pm until his funeral service begins at 1:00pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD.
