Anthony Origlio - Obituary

nthony T. Origlio, “Tom”, died at his home in Edgewater on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. He was 81. Born February 27, 1930 in Washington, DC, he served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Tom was a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion. Tom is survived by his wife, LaVerne Ritchie Origlio, whom he married on June 2, 1950; two sons, Joe Origlio of Fredericksburg, VA and Tommy Origlio of Crofton; a daughter, Toni McDonnell of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to Tom’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 10:30am to 12:30pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 21 at 1pm at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 515 Loch Haven Road, Edgewater. Interment private.
