n Monday, Novemeber 7, 2011, the beloved wife of the late Earl W. Moos and Millard T. McCoy; mother of Dennis E. (Judith) Moos, Judy M. (Edward) Welton and Millard T. "Tim" (Julie) McCoy; sister of the late Evelyn Gordan Cohan; grandmother of Louis E. (Sheila) Welton, Kristin W. (Nicholas) Eshelman, Brice T. and Trey T. McCoy; great-grandmother of Emil and Kathleen Welton. Family and friends are invited to Arline's Life Celebration on Saturday, November 12 from 10am until 12noon at GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 2973 Solomons Island Rd. Edgewater, MD, followed by graveside services at 12:45pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
