Barbara A. Eazor-Browne - Obituary

arbara A. Eazor-Browne, 79, a resident of Bowie, MD and previously of Crofton passed away on March 8, 2026. Born on October 10, 1946 in Roswell, NM, Barbara received her master’s degree before taking several continuing education courses. She had established careers at the National Security Administration as well as RCA. Barbara served her country proudly as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting, art, and history. Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter, Christina Marie Eazor-Browne. She is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Frederick Browne; her daughter, Mary Katherine Browne of Crofton, MD; her brother, Kimbro James Kent of Sheridan, WY; her sister, Nancy Kent Keller of St. Louis, MO; and her grandchildren, Tiana L. Browne and Taliyah L. Browne of Crofton, MD. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Barbara’s life on Tuesday, March 24 from 1 to 2 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD, followed immediately by her funeral service at 2 pm.
