Barbara Grabill - Obituary

arbara W. Grabill, age 88, a 17 year resident of Annapolis, MD formerly of Union Bridge, MD and Kensington, MD, died on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at Anne Arundel Medical Center of natural causes. Born on January 18, 1922 in Washington, DC, Barbara was a homemaker and a medical receptionist/ secretary for many years. While living in Union Bridge, Barbara was a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed being at the beach, looking beautiful and animals. She was the beloved wife of the late Ward I. Grabill; mother of Susan Justice of Annapolis, MD, Janet Grabill of Columbia, MD and Donna (Bob) Payne of Annapolis, MD; sister of Randolph Willis of Annapolis, MD; grandmother of Michael Mallul of California; great grandmother of Andrea Mallul; longtime companion of Bill Robertson. Friends are invited to Barbara’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Thursday, September 2 from 7:00pm until her memorial service begins at 8:00pm. Interment private.
