Benjamin Cooper Judy - Obituary

enjamin “Ben” Cooper Judy, 33, a 4-year resident of Nashville, TN and previously of Annapolis, MD passed away on March 15, 2026. Born on April 19, 1992 in Annapolis, MD to Elizabeth Judy and Douglas Judy, Ben received his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Towson University before establishing a career as an Elite Technical Support Engineer. Ben’s passion for computers from an early age guided him toward his successful educational accomplishments and professional career. In his spare time, he enjoyed going to concerts, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family on vacations and at gatherings. Inspired by his deep love for concerts and live music, Ben made the move to Nashville in 2022, where he embraced a life filled with new adventures. Ben was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sherod and Janet Cooper, as well as his uncle, Sherod M. Cooper III. He is survived by his parents, Elizabeth Cooper Judy (Kendall Fitrell) of Edgewater, MD and Douglas Judy of Chester, MD; his sister, Kristen Judy (Muniru Lamin) of Baltimore, MD; his step-sister Morgan Fitrell of Prince Frederick, MD; his paternal grandmother, Beth Judy of Chester, MD; his paternal grandfather, Larry Judy of Venice, FL, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ben's life on Friday, April 10 at 11am at Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD 21037.
