He was employed at Louis Hand Manufacturing before moving to Bladensburg, Maryland and Alexandria, Virginia, where he lived from 1966 to 1990. He lived in New Smyrna Beach, Florida for several years before returning to Fort Washington, Maryland in 1999. Mr. Goulet served in the United States Army from 1941 to 1945, under General Patton as a cannoneer and radio operator. He fought in Northern France, Ardennes and Central Europe. He participated in the Battle of the Bulge. Mr. Goulet received the European African Middle Easter Ribbon with four bronze service stars and the American Defense Service Ribbon. He was an avid tennis player and cyclist. The beloved husband of the Late Marie Anne Goulet. Step-father of Carl A. Deeb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at 11 A.M. at the Little Sisters of the Poor Chapel, 4200 Harewood Road, N.E., Washington, D.C., 20017.
