Betty Garrison - Obituary

etty L. Garrison, age 85, a 10 year resident of Annapolis, MD, died on November 28, 2008 at Crofton Care and Rehabilitation Center after a lengthy illness of natural causes. Betty previously resided in Cape Coral, FL for more than 20 years. She was born on January 13, 1923 in Persifer, IL and was a homemaker most of her life. She loved to read and do word search puzzles. Betty and her late husband, Ralph, were married for more than 50 years. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Ralph R. Garrison, who died in 1996; mother of Peggy J. Barrett of Riva, MD; sister of Rita Davies of Abingdon, IL; grandmother of Daniel and Lindsey Barrett; mother in law of Larry Barrett of Riva, MD. Burial will be private in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation, Sajak Pavillion, Ste. 240, 2001 Medical Pkwy., Annapolis, MD 21401.
