Betty Quattro - Obituary

etty Ann Quattro, age 76, a three year resident of Edgewater, MD and formerly of Cockeysville, Reisterstown and Hampstead died on Friday, June 1 in Annapolis, MD due to complications associated with lung cancer surgery. Born on May 7, 1936 in Frederick, MD to the late Ralph B. and Clara E. Routzahn, Betty graduated from Eastern High School in Baltimore, MD. A realtor in Carroll County for thirty years, Betty enjoyed cooking, travelling and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Ida M. Zeiler. She is survived by her loving daughter, Allison A. Quattro Blahut; her son in law, Kevin D. Blahut; her dear grandson, Aiden F. Blahut all of Galesville, MD; her former husband, Franklin D. Quattro and her nieces, nephews and friends. Friends are invited to Betty’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Wednesday, June 6 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9PM. Funeral service will be held at All Saints Episcopal Church, 203 E. Chatsworth Ave., Reisterstown, MD on Thursday, June 7 at 11:00AM. Interment will be private.
