Beverly Jean Armiger - Obituary

everly Jean (Erwin) Armiger was a caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, wife, and friend. She left this world on September 29th, 2021 at age 80. She was the strong, beloved matriarch of her family. She dearly loved her cats along with playing Bingo, cards, and other games. Beverly showed courage by facing life’s challenges with a smile. She was born to the late Ralph and Mary Erwin on December 17th, 1940 in Annapolis, Maryland. She grew up in Eastport, Maryland, and graduated from Annapolis High School. She later moved to Edgewater to raise a family with her late husband, Hudson Albert Armiger. In addition to her parents and husband, Beverly was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra (Erwin) Webb; her brother, Michael Erwin; her sons, William Jones and Randall Jones; and her daughter, Brenda Jones. Beverly is survived by her daughters, Toni Stokes and Dawn Coulter; her sister, Adria (Erwin) Watt; and her stepmother, Viia Erwin. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ricky Jones, William Coulter, Robert Coulter, David Stokes, Glen Geras, Donna Stokes, and Brooke Coulter. Beverly is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Beverly’s life on Monday, October 4, 2021, at 12 pm at Unitarian Universalist Church of Annapolis, 333 Dubois Road, Annapolis, MD (Please note, masks are required).
