Bonnie J. Warrington - Obituary

onnie Jean Warrington, founder and original director of Visiting Angels of South County, died in her home in Davidsonville on Monday, March 6 due to complications of frontotemporal dementia. She was 65. Born in Annapolis on January 6, 1958, Bonnie was a lifelong achiever and excelled in everything academic. She had human resources positions with AGA, NRI, PIW and EEI before deciding to become her own boss by starting Visiting Angels of South County in 2007, a home care agency where she was able to provide seniors with home living assistance and combine her management skills with her humanitarianism. She sold the business in 2018 due to her illness. Bonnie was a warm, kind, giving person full of energy and optimism and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her. Preceded in death by her father, Leland Duttweiler, and her brother, Gregory Duttweiler, Bonnie is survived by her husband of 42 years, John Leslie “Les” Warrington, her mother Eleanor Duttweiler, her sisters Linda Popp (Bruce) and Ann Marie Warren, her in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and cherished friends.
