Brent Schulze - Obituary

ichard Brenton Schulze, “Brent,” was born in Annapolis on December 17, 1977, and passed away on July 9, 2024. Brent was a loyal friend known for his sense of humor and remarkable ability to fix anything. His laughter and quick wit brought joy to those around him, and his skillful hands and mind could mend even the most challenging problems. He was always ready and willing to lend a hand to truly anyone who needed it. Brent was passionate about anything with a motor, which was evident in his love for motocross, remote-controlled airplanes, and spending time on his boat. Whether tearing up the dirt bike track, piloting an RC plane, or cruising on the water, he embraced each moment with a contagious energy. Beloved by animals and people, Brent’s kind and generous spirit left a lasting mark on everyone he met. His helpful nature led him to spend much of the last few years caring for his mother, Suzanne. His legacy is one of joy, adventure, and unwavering friendship. He will be profoundly missed by every person who had the honor of knowing and loving him. Brent is survived by his wife, Emily; his parents, Dennis (Jan) and Suzanne; his brother, Mark (Maria); his sister, Sarah; his half-sister, Jenna; and his nephew and nieces, Brad, Lindsey, and Makenzie. Brent’s life will be celebrated on Sunday, August 11th, at 2:00 p.m. at Mayo United Methodist Church, 1005 Turkey Point Road, Edgewater, MD.
