rian grew up in Maryland and graduated from Bladensburg High School in Bladensburg, MD. He went on to build a career in construction and home improvements, where his dedication and personal touch left a lasting impression on those he worked with. Known for treating his customers like family, Brian’s work was a reflection of his caring nature and commitment to excellence.
A fun-loving and devoted individual, Brian cherished his family and friends deeply. He shared a special bond with his wife, Dorothy "Dot" Day, who survives him. He is also survived by his mother, Shirley Day; his siblings Karen Day, Crystal Terry, Cynthia Day, and Darryl Day; step-daughter, Lakesha Penny; step-son Karl Burrell Sr; grandson Karl Burrell, Jr; as well as many others who held him dear.
Brian was predeceased by his father, James Day, Sr.; his son, Tony Legette; his brother James Day, Jr.; and his sister Zondra Carroll. Their memories remain intertwined with Brian’s legacy of love and devotion.
