uster (JW) Clary Buster Testimonies: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:7-8 KJV Buster, affectionately called “JW”, 84, departed this life on May 28th surrounded by his loving family. He was the oldest of eight children. He was born March 19, 1934 to the late Inez Clark Lonnon. He accepted Christ at an early age, and he attended Mount Bethel Baptist Church in Savannah, Georgia for many years. After moving to Maryland, he became a member of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Chapel Center in Washington, DC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Inez Lonnon, two sisters, Bernice Lonnon Wade and Rebecca Lonnon Porchae, three brothers, Daniel Lonnon, William Lonnon and Charles Lonnon Jr. Buster (JW) Clary was a 1951 Graduate of Alfred Ely Beach High School in Savannah, Georgia. He truly enjoyed sports while attending high school. He went on to attain his Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University. Buster (JW) Clary worked for the United States Air Force, he retired as a Master Sergeant after twenty-three years of service. He also retired from DC Government, Department of Human Services. Buster (JW) Clary was joined in Holy Matrimony to Tekabshe Tesfaye Clary in October of 1980. They were blessed by God during their union. Buster (JW) truly loved his family. He leaves to cherish in his memory a loving and devoted wife: Tekabshe Clary, one daughter, Beverly (Kevin) Robinson, Powell, Ohio; two sons, Robert (Joy) Clary, Baltimore Maryland, and Paul (Alecia) Clary, Durham, NC; two brothers, Johnny (Dr. Patricia) Lonnon, Sr. and Jimmy Lonnon, Sr., all of Savannah GA; Seven sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law, five grandchildren, Brian (Sharone) Robinson, Amber (Shawn) Ussery, Paris Clary, Chloe Clary, and Christian Clary, three great-grandchildren, Kameron Robinson, Honesty Robinson and Alekzander Ussery; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to MSgt. Clary's Life Celebration on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. Interment Arlington National Cemetery with Military Honors on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Please meet at the administration building by 8:15 a.m.
