Carol Joanne Holtzclaw - Obituary

arol Joanne Hoover - Holtzclaw was born on February 28th 1940 in Washington DC to Roy and Maxine Hoover. Carol passed away November 9th 2017. She is proceeded in death by her parents, her sisters Donna and Barbara, her brother James "Buddy" Hoover, brother in-law Frank Licausi, nephew Roger Simpson and two of her fur babies Buddy & Pebbles. She was the proud mother to Kelly Lynn & Dale Lee Holtzclaw. She also adored her fur babies Buddy, Pebbles & Peaches. Carol was the third oldest out of nine children. She has many nieces and nephews whom she loved, along with a god daughter Gina Licausi-Vaughn! She loved and cherished her two best friends/sisters Brenda Licausi and Eula Hoover. She seems to be the only one who likes the NASCAR driver Kyle Busch. She was a big redskins fan, loved to watch their games along with bowling, tennis, and ice skating.. She was a member of Providence Ft Washington UMC & attended regularly until she started having health problems. Carol loved to help with the church bizarre and anything else that needed done while she was around! She loved going to the movies, out to lunch, and spending time with family.
