Carol Lilly-Ruggiero - Obituary

arol Marie Lilly-Ruggiero, 68, of Hillsmere Shores died March 28 at her home. Born on December 13, 1945 in New Jersey to the late Ellen and John Tinnes, Sr., Carol was a graduate of Annapolis Senior High School. In 1986, she opened her own cleaning service, Maid in the USA, which she continued to operate until her death. Carol enjoyed gardening, cooking and football, especially the Ravens. She was preceded in death by two children, Bobby and Terri Ruggiero. Carol is survived by her daughter, Marci Gibson; one brother, John Tinnes, Jr.; and three grandchildren, Anthony Rosen, Amber Blumenauer and Zackary Zabler. A funeral service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the DeCesaris Cancer Institute, 2001 Medical Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
