n Wednesday, September 12, 2012; father of David E. and Derrick A. Rogers and Jennifer C. Seibert; also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Family and friends are invited to Carrol's Life Celebration on Thursday, September 20 from 9 to 10am at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 OXON HILL RD., OXON HILL, MD. A graveside service will be held at 11am at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, (US 301) Cheltenham, MD.
