Born on November 3rd, 1986, Casper was the long awaited first born son of Oscar and Perla. He shared his life with two younger brothers, Oscar George and Eugene Jerome. Family, friends and especially godchildren it didn’t matter he could find the best gifts, which reflected his thoughtfulness for others. His kindness extended far beyond material presents, as he gave the gift of his time, attention, and support to all his loved ones in their time of need. As a godparent and an uncle, Casper nurtured not only his own family but also the spiritual and emotional well-being of those he had taken under his wing. His guidance and support extended beyond the bounds of traditional family roles, making him a cherished mentor and confidant to many. Casper graduated from University of Maryland College Park with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. While attending UMCP, he was an active member of the Filipino Cultural Association and it was there he formed some of his strongest friendships that he carried years later. One of his most proudest moments was coaching the women’s Turkey Bowl team. He then joined Amazon years later and became a fixture of joy amongst his team by celebrating every birthday with group dinners and outings. He accomplished much at his time there and his career was blossoming for much more. A dedicated sports enthusiast, Casper found great joy in watching sports, whether it was live at the stadium or from the comfort of his home, surrounded by friends and family. His legacy will forever be marked by his kindness, his style, his love for sports, his passion for good food, and his unwavering devotion to family and friends. Casper's departure leaves a void that can never be filled, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
