Cathy Tuel - Obituary

athy L. Tuel, age 47, a forty-three year resident of Annapolis, MD, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Anne Arundel Medical Center of natural causes. Born November 15, 1962 in Scranton, PA, Cathy was a 1980 graduate of Annapolis Senior High School. Cathy most recently worked at Home Depot in Annapolis and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Annapolis and was a devoted mother to her two daughters. Cathy was predeceased by her husband, Roger Tuel. She is survived by her two daughters, Amy Lynn and Alyson Jackson, both of Annapolis, MD; sister of Ron Granville of Owings, MD, Jaymi Day of Tunkhannock, PA and Scott Granville of Scranton, PA; daughter of Harry L. and Carole E. Granville of Sunderland, MD; granddaughter of Jane Granville of Columbus, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to Cathy’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Thursday, November 11 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 12 at 11am at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 122 Bayard Road, Lothian, MD. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
