ecelia A. Jewell, 73, a resident of Odenton, MD, died on Monday, November 9, 2015 in Annapolis, MD. Born on February 27, 1942 in Washington, D.C. to the late Martin and Annabelle Thornton, Cecelia attended St. Cecelia and Bladensburg High Schools. She was an administrative assistant, retiring from NSA. Beloved mother of Suzanne M. (Robert) Walters, Joanna L. (James)Harford, William E. Jewell, Jr. and the late Robert T. Wilkinson; sister of Barbara (Gary Ritchie) Herber, Martina (Mark) Fowler, Lisa (Joseph) Vallario and the late Kathleen Thornton; grandmother of Ashley and Megan Royer, LeeAnna, Ryan and Conner Harford. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Friday, November 13 at 11am at The Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 9961 Rosaryville Rd., Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Interment private.
