Cecilia Marshall "McCarron", age 97, died peacefully at her home in Ft. Washington, MD where she raised her family with all her children by her side. A better wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend would be hard to find.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward Francis, her parents Marie and James McCarron, brother Jim McCarron (MaryJane), and loving sister, Patsy McMullen (John). She is survived by her children, Gretchen, Steve (Patti), Jennifer (Patrick), Timothy (Zoe), and Michael, with Karin Clark (Mark), 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grand daughter, and many nieces and nephews who rejoice in her life well lived.

Visitation will be on Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 3 to 9 pm at Kalas Funeral Home in Oxon Hill, MD. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 10 am at St. Mary’s of Piscataway Catholic Church at 13405 Piscataway Rd, Clinton, MD 20735.
