harles Francis Finley, "Chip", a 4 year resident of Pasadena and previously of Crofton, MD died at his home on July 1, 2015. Chip was 60 years old. Chip was born on October 12, 1954 in Washington, D.C. to the late Charles and Dorothy Finley. He was a graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School and the Catholic University. Chip worked as a salesperson for Beltway Builders in Gambrills, MD and was an avid Orioles and Redskins.
