n Tuesday, July 24, 2018 due to a pulmonary embolism. The beloved son of Charles H. and the late Delma F. Luskey. Friends are invited to celebrate Troy's life on Sunday, July 29 from 2 to 4 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD where his funeral service will be held on Monday, July 30 at 11 AM.
