Charles Raymond Nickens - Obituary

n Tuesday, June 12, 2018; the beloved husband of the late Montrue Nickens; father of Natalia B. (Moses) Ray, Stephen T. (Hattie) and Christopher G. (Karen) Butler and Avis E. (George) Strader; brother-in-law of Edith Nickens and Oswald Butler; uncle of Carl Travis, Beverly and Tony. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Nick's Life Celebration on Monday, June 18 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment Maryland National Memorial Park, Laurel, MD.
