hester Eugene Waters Sr. "Chet" On Monday, December 20, 2021 of Oxon Hill, MD. Chester leaves to cherish his memory, his loving son Chester Jr. (Cynthia), his brother Marvin "Squirrel" Waters (Karen), his sisters Helen Elaine Clark and Jeanette Waters, nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia "Punchie" Waters, father Richard Waters Sr., mother Helen Waters, brother Richard "Rick" Waters Jr., and brother Sylvester "Shorty" Waters. Relatives and friends are invited to Chester's Life Celebration on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the KALAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD at 1 p.m.
