Christina Scott - Obituary

hristina “Chris” Marie Scott, 50, a resident of Riva, MD for over 15 years died on March 31, 2010 in Glen Burnie, MD. Born September 3, 1959 in Washington, D.C., she graduated from La Plata High School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society. Chris was employed for over 30 years in the lighting industry; most currently with One Source Associates in Columbia, MD. She was the beloved mother of Shawn Michael Scott of Riva, MD, Kirsten Ann Angel and Megan Marie Scott, both of Pasadena, MD; sister of Brian David Groff of Waldorf, MD and Ted Joseph Groff of Northampton, PA; daughter of David and Marlene Groff of Homosassa, FL; grandmother of Christian and Jeremiah Angel. She is also survived by her fiancé, David Dellosa of Centreville, MD. Friends are invited to Christina's Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Tuesday, April 6 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Services and interment private.
