Christopher James Beach - Obituary

hristopher “Chris” James Beach, 59, of Edgewater, Maryland passed away suddenly at his home on November 4, 2024. Born on April 30, 1965 in Washington DC to Martha Beach and the late James Beach, Chris obtained his master’s degree before establishing a career as an entrepreneur. Chris loved sports, and especially enjoyed playing basketball, working out, watching football, and studying baseball history. He enjoyed visiting historical landmarks and places and studying Egyptian history. He also enjoyed playing guitar, and most of all loved spending time with his family and friends. Chris is preceded in death by his father, James Beach. He is survived by his sons, Patrick and Jonathan Beach; his daughter, Danielle Beach; his brother, Michael Beach; and his mother, Martha Beach. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Chris’ life on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 11:30 am at St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 4 Wallace Manor Road, Edgewater, MD 21037. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
