n Wednesday, March 21, 2012; the beloved husband of Kathleen Toler; son of Carroll E. and Brenda Garland; brother of April Blouin, Linda Nichols and Carl Garland and the late Craig Garland. A Memorial Service will be held at Ft. Myer Chapel, Arlington, VA on Friday, July 13, 2012 at 3pm with entombment and military honors following at Arlington National Cemetery.
