e are going to miss our dad, son, brother, uncle, and friend Chris Kincaid more than words could ever express. On February 16, 2025, there was a tragic accident that took the lives of both him and his beloved dog Boris far too soon. Chris was the proud son of Claire and the late Chuck Kincaid. He was the most exceptional and loving father to his two children, Danielle and Christopher (Ashleigh), along with his other partner in crime, his dog Bodhi. He was also an amazing brother to his three siblings, Carolyn (Gregg), Cathy (John) and Chip (Laura) and an incredibly proud uncle to Shannon, Samantha, Bridget, Stephanie, Travis, Kristen, Cate, John, Mollie, Meaghan, Colleen and Kellie (he might've also loved giving a little extra attention to his goddaughters, Kristen and Cate..). Finally, he was the kind of friend that could make you feel special and loved no matter the time or distance. It was a trait that he instilled deeply in his children and one that was admired by all of those that knew him. While he dedicated much of his life to building his business, his most precious accomplishment was his family. He was the strongest, most generous, kindhearted, loyal, committed, funny and witty man. He was a phenomenal father at his core. He was his son's biggest inspiration and his daughter's best friend and will continue to be both of those things for the rest of their lives. But what was most impressive about him was his ability to be all of these things to so many people while remaining one of the most humble people we will ever know. A trait he most definitely got from his Dad. We are going to celebrate his life together on February 22nd. We plan to celebrate him in the only way he would find acceptable. Casually dressed, eating his favorite food, listening to the Carpenter's and 70's rock, with an ice cold gin and tonic in hand. Please bring a dish to share that makes you think of him. There is nothing that he loved more than enjoying a good meal with his favorite people. Condolences may be made by using the Memories link on this page.
