Christy Lawson - Obituary

hristy Lawson, 41, a thirty year resident of Edgewater, died May 12, at the Mandrin Inpatient Care Center in Harwood. She was born on December 7, 1971 in Washington, DC. In her spare time she enjoyed shopping, going to the beach, taking care of her animals and her favorite color was purple. Christy is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Lawson. She is survived by her boyfriend of 20 years, Kenny Doerr; one son, Tyler Lawson of Edgewater; one daughter, Casey Doerr of Edgewater; one brother, Ronnie Lawson of PA; two sisters, Jennifer Goff of Deale and Denise Lawson of Lusby; also survived by her mother, Deloris (Warren) Ireland of Lothian. Friends are invited to Christy’s Life Celebration from 2-4 and 7-9PM on Friday, May 17 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater.
