Clark L. Glenn III passed away on August 31, 2023, in Washington, DC, at the age of 63. He was born on September 2, 1959, in Okinawa, Japan, to Deacon Clark and Doris Glenn. 

Skip grew up in the States with his 6 younger siblings throughout the United States and spent the majority of his life in Maryland.

In his early years, Skip enjoyed playing the piano and was actively involved in sports at Bishop McNamara High School in Forestville, MD. He went on to become an avid hockey player in a local league at Tucker Road Ice Rink.

Skip had a wide range of interests and hobbies. He was an avid cook and known for his culinary skills. He also enjoyed hunting and, in recent years, found a new passion as a beekeeper and honey farmer. He proudly named his honey "Cubby Bear Honey".

Skip is survived by his loving wife, Colleen Healey and friend of over 30 years, parents Deacon Clark and Doris L. Glenn; brothers Michael Glenn, David (Dara) Glenn, Patrick Glenn, Christopher (Janka) Glenn, sister Anne Glenn-Zeljeznjak, sisters-in-laws Maureen Brown and Amy Healey (Tom Clime), nephews/nieces, Jamie Gilliam, Nathanial, Zachary, Addison, Davis, Eli, Caleb, Isaiah, Hunter, Archer and Frazier Glenn, Austin and Landon Clime, Michael Brown, Elizabeth Bobulski and a host of long life friends.

Skip is preceded in death by his in-laws Pat and Mickey Healey, sister, Mary Glenn, sister-in-law, Carol Wilson, and brother-in-law, Stephen Zeljeznjak.

A funeral service will be held in Skip's honor at St. Luke's at Ignatius Church (School) on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Following the funeral mass, a reception will take place, allowing friends and family to gather and share memories of Skip.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Maryland State Beekeepers Association, Inc. This organization was close to Skip's heart and supports beekeepers and honey production in Maryland.

Skip Glenn will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His warm heart, zest for life, and dedication to his hobbies will be remembered fondly. May he rest in peace.
