lement Domenic "CD" Pangallo, 74, of Washington, DC and West Palm Beach, FL passed away on January 24, 2018. He was born October 5, 1943, in Watertown, NY to the late Philomena (Frattalli) and Domenic Pangallo.
After graduating Watertown High School, CD received a BA from Cortland College, a Master's Degree and a Doctorate of Education from Mississippi State University. He served as a Captain in the US Air Force. CD had a career with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as Chief, Planning Division, Workforce Training Service. Most recently, he was Managing Director for the American Institute of Architects. CD and his wife enjoyed traveling and collecting both art and antiques. CD was an active member of a Washington, DC "Harriers" throughout his life.
In addition to his parents, CD was preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Michelle (Maloney) Pangallo and two siblings, Catherine and Gerard.
He is survived by a brother Rocco and his sister-in-law Karen Pangallo of Annapolis, MD; sister Phyllis and his brother-in- law Herb Scott of Three Mile Bay, NY; and several nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, February 15 at 10:30 AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 620 N. Bestgate Rd., Annapolis, MD. Memorial contributions can be made to Archdiocese of Washington, 145 Taylor Street NE, Washington, DC 20017.
