Constance Marie Shockley - Obituary

onstance Marie Shockley, "Connie" , of Chesapeake Beach, MD passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016. Connie was a retired computer technician who could often be found reading, sipping wine and of course on the computer. She was passionate about her four legged children especially Saba and Cocco, who were often her traveling companions. In addition to her parents Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Shockley; and a sister, Vicky Bean. She is survived by her partner, James; daughter, Stacey Wells, and her husband, Glenn Wells know to Connie as "Security"; a sister, Mary Anne Cipolari, and her husband, Danny Cipolari better known to Connie as "her baby"; four other siblings, Elizabeth Mathews, Johnny Harrison, Wade Grubic, and Steve Grubic; and of course her beloved Saba and Cocco. A celebration of life will be held in Connie's honor on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Knights of Columbus, 9707 Rosensteel Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910. The Knights of Columbus is off Forest Glen Road just outside the beltway. Parking is in the rear, enter the Emerald Room.
