MAYTHER” CORALEE ANNE DOWNING (Age 85) Went home to be with the Lord on February 9, 2011 in Washington, DC with her children and grandchildren by her side. Born on November 3, 1925, in New Orleans, LA, to Charles P. DeMesme and Gweneth Duncan. Survived by brothers Thaddeus and Alpheus DeMesme, and sister Maria DeMesme; three children: Denise Wilkins, Cheryl Tilghman, Stephen Downing, and daughter-in-law Mary; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, and a host of longtime family and friends. Her homegoing service will be held on Thursday, February 17th at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2020 St. Joseph Dr., Largo, MD from 9am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11am.
