David Jonathan Graham - Obituary

avid was born December 31st, 1949 to Walter Daily Graham Jr (2016) and Katherine King Graham in Washington, DC. He was the second of 4 sons - Walter III, Samuel Sr. (2015), and Daniel. David graduated from Anacostia Senior High School and later became a member of the US Army, the US Capitol Police, and the United States Postal Service. He was also a member of Capital Hill United Methodist Church, Naval Lodge No 4 - Past Master 2003, Mount Vernon Chapter No 3 - Past High Priest, Cryptic Masons - Triangle Council No. 3, Washington Commandery of the Knights Templar, and the Scottish Rite Southern Jurisdiction. David lived the majority of his adult life in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland before moving back to Washington, DC amid a decline in health. He has 2 sons, David Jr. and Benjamin, as well as 5 grandchildren, Alexandra Jade, Caleb Randall, Molly Helen, Leah Carolyn, and Harper Benjamin Graham. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews and other extended family. Graveside services will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland at 1pm on 6/27/24.
