David Howard Wilson, known affectionately as “Dave” or “Wilson”, 68, a 40-plus year resident of Annapolis, MD passed away on May 28, 2025 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after a 3 month battle with cancer. Born on December 4, 1956 in Washington, DC to the late Fred and Ann Wilson, David graduated high school before establishing a lifelong career in the plumbing industry. He was a member of the Plumbers Union, and worked all over the DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis region. His favorite job was at Bay Woods of Annapolis as a beloved member of the maintenance team. David served his country with honor as a member of the United States Army and Marine Corps. He was also a member of the Eastport Democratic Club. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and tinkering with all manner of things. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and all animals. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Robin Wilson. He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Myffanway “Molly” Wilson; his children, David Wilson of Annapolis, MD, JP Moccia of Pasadena, MD, and Katherine Schroeder of Harpersville, NY; his brother, Fred Wilson; his sisters, Debbie Palmer and Kathy Dearringer; and his grandchildren, Levi and Emersyn Schroeder, Landon Snyder, and Paisley Deangelo. Friends and family are invited to celebrate David’s life on Saturday, June 14 from 12 to 2 pm and again from 3 to 5 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD.
