Diane McWilliams - Obituary

iane Houston McWilliams, 55, of Edgewater, MD died on October 23, 2014 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Born to Barbara and George “Skip” Houston, Diane worked for 18 years as an accounting technician at the Anne Arundel County Board of Education. In addition to her parents, Diane is survived by her spouse of 18 years, Bruce Bennett; her son and his wife, Joseph and Amanda McWilliams of Salisbury, MD; her sister and her husband, Deborah and Dale Russell of Friendship, MD; and many other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Theresa Houston. Friends are invited to Diane’s Life Celebration from 3 p.m. until her memorial service begins at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 N. Beauregard St, Alexandria, VA 22311.
