Dolly H. Iredell - Obituary

olly Helen Iredell, 89, a three-year resident of Annapolis, MD, and previously of St. Michaels, MD, passed at her home on Friday, December 20, 2024. Born on January 13, 1935, in Washington, DC, to the late Clarence Norris and Helen Norris (nee Chilhoupe), Dolly was a homemaker for most of her life. She loved dogs, cooking, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Dolly was preceded in death by her husband of over 30 years, Milton H. Iredell, and her two siblings, George and Joan. She is survived by four daughters, Deborah (Vic) of South Pasadena, CA, Dolly (Bill) of Dunkirk, MD, Laura (Cyril) of Tampa, FL, and Joni (Mark) of Charleston, SC; a niece, Rebecca of Silver Spring, MD; and four grandchildren, Melissa (Dani) of New Zealand, Jennifer of Washington, DC, and Alenna and Arden of Tampa, Florida. She also leaves many loved and cherished friends at her home at Brightview Senior Living in Annapolis, Maryland. A service to honor Dolly's life will be held in May 2025.
