Donna Phelps - Obituary

he family and partner of Donna Marie Phelps are extremely saddened to announce her passing on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Anne Arundel Medical Center at the age of 60. A resident of Davidsonville, MD for 35 years and previously of Hyattsville, MD, Donna worked as a Paralegal Supervisor for the Department of Justice's Anti-trust Division. Donna is survived by her longtime companion, Michael Sokalski; two brothers, Brian and Will Law and their spouses. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Services and interment are private.
